‘Unto all Antir, and all her principalities and baronies and shires, from Kjartan King and Sha’ya Queen, greetings. Knowing that our youth are the hope and future of our realm, and being right pleased with one (recipient), We do today hereby enter them into the rolls of the Leo Minor.
